RETURNS POLICY
At KOTA HAIR, we pride ourselves on providing premium quality hair extensions. Due to hygiene reasons, we ask that all customers carefully read our returns policy before purchasing.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Hair must be unused, unworn and unaltered
Security ties/seals must remain fully intact
Packaging must be in original condition
Hair must not have been brushed, washed, toned, dyed or installed
For hygiene reasons, any items that have been opened, worn or tampered with cannot be returned.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as KOTA HAIR cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow:
3–5 working days for inspection
Additional processing time depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the issue
A brief description
We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
We do our best to display hair colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and device displays.
If you need help colour matching before purchasing, please contact us prior to ordering.
