DELIVERY POLICY At KOTA HAIR: We understand how important fast and reliable delivery is. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

 

UK DELIVERY All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

 

Orders must be completed before 1.30PM for next day delivery. During launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Times Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day, however delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please ensure your email address and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

 

DELAYS: While we always aim for fast delivery, KOTA HAIR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by: Royal Mail service disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs delays, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, high demand periods or public holidays. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS: If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at Kelsey@kotahair.com and we will do our best to assist. KOTA HAIR is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
